A family friend of ours, recommended Orchard Letting to renovate one of our properties in Goldthorpe as we don't live nearby and the travelling was horrendous. It took 2 months to sort out, as it had been left in a mess and was up for sale with another agent, who had recommended selling it at a loss. We were at our wits end. Orchard were excellent following the renovation, they partnered with an online Estate Agent Strike, the property was sold within 3 weeks. With no loss at all, in fact we made a profit.

Orchard was able to find me a flat, I used their on-line services as I was changing my job, and didn't have a great deal of time to view, they were able to video view me through WhatsApp, and walked me through it, step by step. I told them I was also on a strict budget, having just moved to Barnsley from Bradford. They were helpful. My flat is good, close to work and town, but affordable. I have made some friends here and love it. Thank you guys!

Yeah, saw a 2 bed cottage in Rotherham, staff were understanding, I needed some furniture desperately and got offered some FREE items, a wardrobe, a bedframe and also a cooker. Pete was great. Thanks

Me and my husband have a portfolio of properties in S70, I bought them over 10 years ago, and my mother looked after them until she passed. So we had to manage them ourselves, when we lived in Rawmarsh this was ok. But now my husband is ill, we decided to move back near his brother in Skegness, so was looking tosell, or find someone who could take care of them. The girl from Orchard in customer service, listened to my story, and explained they are not letting agents.
However they would be able to recommend someone local who may be able to help, we are now with an agent, who are taking over the portfolio. They have advised selling 2 of the properties to give us enough funds to maintain the others, while Shaun gets better.
